Osteofit
Osteofit is a clinically designed exercise and education program for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia, and those at risk of falling who require a safe and gentle strength, balance, and coordination program. The goal at Osteofit is to improve your ability to do day-to-day activities, increase confidence and independence, and improve your quality of life while reducing the risk of falls and fractures. Osteofit is endorsed and supported by B.C. Women's Hospital and Health Center in Vancouver, B.C.
- 10 week program/2 days week

Fibrofit
Fibrofit is a specially designed water exercise program in a 90 degree heated pool for post rehab clients and individuals with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and other inflammatory diseases. Fibrofit is a low-impact fitness program offering gentle strengthening and range of motion exercises, balance and stretching to limber up stiff and achy joints.
- 10 week program
- Monday to Friday
- 11:45-12:45 at Hawthorn Park

In-Home and Workplace Fitness Programs
Whether you live in an apartment, house or work in an office we will meet you where you are to train, motivate and empower you to attain your fitness goals. You don't need expensive equipment to get a good workout, just a ball, a resistance band/dumbells and some creativity!

Bobbi's Beach Ready Bootcamp
(Ladies Only) Get a bikini body in 8 weeks
Bobbi's Beach Ready Bootcamp is a Non-Military Style Outdoor Fitness program. I combine multi-joint resistance training exercises,and speed-strength cardio intervals for best results!
I will provide motivation that you can't find when working out on your own..you can expect to gain strength, increase flexibility and cardiovascular endurance and lose weight!
I have seen many "bootcamp" injuries and I do not subscribe to the belief "No Pain...No Gain"! I am a non-intimidating Trainer (I will not yell or bark orders) but I will challenge and motivate you to work hard to achieve your fitness goals and reach your full potential!
Suitable for all levels of fitness. We are ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes.
Do you want to have more energy? Lose weight? Gain strength and confidence? This is the program for you!
2012 Bootcamp Schedule and prices as follows:
- All Bootcamps 8 weeks (24 total -1 hour sessions)
- $250.00 per person
- Class times are 6:30-7:30 am, 5:45-6:45 pm, or 7-8 pm Monday to Friday
